During this past year we had to sell two properties in Sacramento due to a family member moving to a nursing home and the passing of my mother. Bruce was recommended by a neighbor. Having to coordinate the selling of the properties from another state, Bruce sounded very trustworthy and honest when I spoke with him over the phone. This is what we needed, and so we went with him. We never met face to face with Bruce during the sale of the first property. Bruce kept us informed during each phase of the process, and the property was sold within a few weeks. My mother past away a couple months after the sale of the first property. We hired Bruce again to sell my mother's home. This time there were some minor cosmetic issues with the house and the bank wanted the issues taken care of before closing. Bruce went above and beyond what was required of him and got those issues taken care of for us. My overall experience with Bruce was excellent. Bruce was great. This was a first-time purchase of a home for me by myself. I lost my home in Mariposa, CA to a wildfire in July of 2017. It was so important to me that my Broker, Bruce Reddick, understand the emotional stress I was under and my need for someone who would be patient with me. Bruce was referred to me by my daughter. This was our second transaction with Bruce and both have gone great. He's handled all of the
details to make everything as simple as possible. He's got a lot of knowledge not just about the
sale and the sales process, but also a lot of knowledge about the various building and code aspect of homes. This was a huge help for us as we were looking at remodeling and he could give us a good idea of what may or may not be possible. On top of knowing all the facts he's also just been a great guy to work with and get to know.

Bruce listened to our needs and took great interest in our home from an architectural and historical perspective. His knowledge of our home was critical to the eventual outcome. We were selling a 93 year old house that had been our home for 36 years and had great meaning to us. Bruce was completely sensitive to and respectful of our feelings. Bruce went above and beyond to ensure every detail was addressed, including manual labor and trips to the dump! From the first day, Bruce was a pleasure to work with. Bruce was a gem to work with, always upbeat, charming, and of course helpful with his opinions and knowledge. We missed out on one property due to competition, but the second attempt proved a success, good knowledge of competitive aspects and suggestions towards a successful offer. I consider myself an informed Buyer, very opinionated and sometimes rigid, but Bruce handled my approach in a professional manner, never questioning my ideas or opinions. The transaction coordinator was very professional and followed through with my requests. Bruce's experience was evident from the beginning of the transaction all the way to closing.

Bruce was very involved from the beginning. He knew just the right areas to search for a house for me. He asked questions to find out what I wanted in a property, and even gave descriptions when I couldn't find the words for it. He was upfront about the ups and downs of each property we looked at which made it easy to narrow down the really good ones. Even after I settled on a place, he took care of all of the inspections and making sure everything went smoothly. I'll definitely recommend him to anyone I know!
